What if my child has allergies?
Please inform The Tiny Chef directly if any of the guests have a 
food allergy in order to make alternative arrangements.  We can cater for all allergies.

How long before the party begins should we arrive? 
As there is lots of cooking to do, we ask that guests arrive between 
5-10 minutes prior to the party time.  Parties will commence strictly ON TIME!

Is there parking nearby?
Parking is available directly in front of our cooking centre, or in Napier St 
or Fletcher St. Other parking is available across the road at the train station.

What age do your parties start at?
For safety reasons, we can only provide cooking lessons for children 3 years old and
over. Children younger than 3 must be accompanied by an adult whilst in the kitchen.

Can we take photos?
Photos within the party room and kitchen will only be allowed to be taken by
the parent/carer of the child who is celebrating a party. 

Is there anywhere for the adults to wait?
If you wish to stay, there is seating in our foyer, or alternatively, there
are coffee shops in Napier St where you can join other parents. 
Parents are not permitted in the kitchen but will be invited into the party 
room at the conclusion of the party.

When can I make a booking?
Internet bookings can be made at any time here  or
Phone bookings can be made Mon-Fri 9.30 am-4 pm on 9326 2833 

Is there a minimum amount of children for the parties?
A minimum of 10 children per party and a maximum of 30.

How is the payment made?
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure the booking. 
Confirmation of numbers and names of guests and full payment of the party is required
on the Monday prior to the party. Payment can be made in person or
online via our website. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, or direct debit. 
All credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge.

Can we bring our own food?
Food or Drink may not be brought into our shop. 
Birthday cake is accepted but not required as we can use the dessert to create birthday fun.
